Welcome to Caroline Henshaw Counselling
We seek counselling for many different reasons and we all have our own unique story to tell. You may be here because you have experienced difficult, upsetting or traumatic life events. Whatever the reason, some experiences can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, guilty, ashamed, sad, confused, angry or low in self-esteem.
Or perhaps you feel low and out of sorts and you don’t quite know why. Sometimes, it can be really difficult to navigate life’s obstacles on your own.
I’m an experienced counsellor offering in-person and online counselling to adults and young people aged 18+. My counselling studio is based in Winchester and my clients come from the surrounding areas including Easton.
Whatever you’re going through, I will provide you with a safe and supportive space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. During our sessions, we’ll work together to get a better understanding of the issues that you’re facing so you can develop your own solutions to help you overcome your difficulties. Through our conversations, I’ll help you gain insight into how you relate to others, your patterns of behaviour and how you see yourself in the world.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or if you would like to arrange a free 30 minute introductory session.
